Squeak from the engine (not the belts)

Postby jshfto » Fri Feb 26, 2010 9:31 am

Hi,

I have an irritating noise from the engine. It is a squeak from the passenger side. I know it is not any of the belts as I only recently had them all changed.

The noise does not occur when the car is idling and only starts under acceleration, it continues until the brake is applied and stops squeaking as the FTO slows.

Any thought or experiences like this to help would be greatly appreciated as its driving me insane. :x

Thanks
