word of warning, as ive been watching one in particlar, which was sold at auction. the other i was aware of through an old friend,

1/ white '98, GPvR, manual........... 173k kilometres :shock:
2/ red '99, GPX, tipronic?.............. 185k kilometres :shock: :shock:

im trying to get hold of their chassis numbers, reckon one is definitely heading to our shores,
i should have posted this a few weeks ago, totally forgot about it til i got an email tonite. id be very interested to see what mileage is on them when they reach dublin :?:

WTF, thats HUGE milage on such recent cars!

The numbers look pretty large but remembering they're km you have 107k miles and 114k miles... for irish standards if you take 12k miles a year as an average its not very excessive.

In terms of jap cars though its crazy, mine had about half the mileage and was 3/4 years older...

What grade were they, 4? did they go relatively cheap?

the red fto averages 18k miles a year, thats taking into account car being on road 6.5 years. these are company car mileage figures, and in japanese terms unheard of.

think white was grade 3, probably grade 4 when it gets here,lol

not much info on red one though :?

Theres something mad like 50,000 cars going through the Jap auctions every week so you do see the odd highmiler.

Will be interesting to see if the milage is different if they land here!
