Yup! 16-18 November. Check out http://www.wrc.com/page/RalliesDetail/0,,10111~20,00.html

Looking fwd to seeing how the Citroen C4 compares with the Ford Focus this year. Crunch year for Subaru too, they can't blame the tyres anymore since they have the same as everyone else now.

Rally Ireland!!

Postby Helen » Sun Jan 21, 2007 11:28 pm

Hey. Tony here. Since the subject of the upcoming event was mentioned, does anybody in the fto corridoors care to make the journey west to assist in the running of the event?? Anyone that was involved in the first two test runs will be aware of the massive amount of marshals needed to run the succesful events that we showed we were capable of running. I know the event is a nice while away yet but maybe a few of you could pencil it in on yer diary. If anyone's interested you can contact me closer to the event for accomodation, stages that need assistance etc. Or email me on tony.o.b@o2.ie.
Regards,
Tony.

Wanted to, but had a stag to go to in Kenmare so it was one or the other unfortunately...

What was the general organisation like, was it easy to get around or was there a lot of queuing in traffic jams?
