Will GS exhaust fit GPX? and what is bore size?

In a word, no.

Some of the lads on here might have one for sale, it's worth asking.
Failing that there are a few places that sell them... it all depends on your budget.

Gs is smaller bore. If you're planning on keeping the car a blueflame system from camslill is the way to go, the joints are overlapped and clamped rather than brackets welded to the pipe ends so should outlast the car.

What bore are the GS and GPX?

Its an aftermarket full stainless system so there is still a good chance its got a non standard bore, so I will have to go and check it out once I know what sise I need.

I'll probably still buy it as its in mint nick and cheap £40 for full exhaust front to back inc downpipe, just hope its the right size for me to use.

Just read a post that said GS is 50mm roughly 2 inch and GPX is 67mm just over 2.5 inch.

But I don't see them using non standard pipe sizes??? So I guess GS is actually 2 inch and GPX is 2.5 inch (63.5mm)

Also spotted that the Mongoose exhaust is 2.5 inch.

Hmm. Just thinking now. Open to corrections but I think the gr and gs have pretty much the same exhaust bar the downpipes and maybe the cat.

Gpx and gr have the same downpipes but different cats.

Does this mean the gpx cat would fit the gs downpipes? Not sure.

On a side note, aftermarket downpipes would be very saleable as the originals can leak at the flexible joints.
