Spotted at 11am, to my amazement amongst all the lhd Ladas and Volgas a white facelift FTO, looked like a GPvR (and/or aero series).

I probably would have heard and recognised your 4 exit exhaust over the din of the ladas

Nice one myfeckinFTO. Scroll to the bottom of the page the picture of the cars beside the battle ship is a link to a thread with a load of photos (I believe I was on that same ship yesterday!). They are mostly pre-facelift cars, however the white one is a facelift -could well have been the one I saw.

The cars look very tidy, I wouldn't like to be trying to keep an FTO in Russia. The traffic is real cut and thrust -survival of the fittest -most vehicles are battle scarred -not a big issue if you are driving a 20 year old lada, the FTO on the other hand

I clicked on the link for the Russian fto club and to my complete surprise is a photo of the fto I just bought from Goughy Boy in the UK, (beside the Japfest sign). I knew it was on the UK one, ok ok I'm gettin a big head .. Collectin it next weekend
