Insurnace Inconsistancy Bizarre

My current insurers Axa won't quote me on a Porsche Boxster until I'm 36 because it's a group 10 car BUT Hibernian are happy to quote me for a reasonable 1032 euro fully comp!!! WTF!!! How can that work???

Incidently when I ran Axa direct they wouldn't quote me on an S3 or an Alfa GT 1.9JTD but when I rang their local office in Dun Laoghaire they would quote me....

There should be some regulations to ensure some sort of consistency for insurance companies.... this really does my head in!!!!

There is no consistency at all..

I couldnt' get quoted with Eagle stars main office... but when I rang one of their local offices they were quite happy to do so..

Am currently paying 800+a bit for fully comp on the gpx.. I'm 29 and I have 3years NCB...
