Too Hot and Too Spicy

What do you's reckon, Heater blowing hot air constantly, even on cold setting?
Initially i thought heater core but wouldn't be, more likely to be controls in the dash doing the vent mixing?

Check your water level. Take cap off radiator and fill it up just in case you're low.

Not my car, yet, was looking at it yesterday and thinking of buying it. A few things needing doing to it and I really want to have a look at it in daylight so I can see what I'm doing.

Yep, check coolant asap!!

I'd check and clean the temp. sensor, beside the temperature knob. Probably clogged and unable the measure the real cabin temperature.
