Are CD Changer units standard fitting and connectivity??

Hi,

I want to get a CD changer for the boot of the S2000. The head unit has the controls for one but they are a factory option. Would I need the one specifically designed for the Honda or is there some kinda of market/industry standard connectivity for these that they are interchangeable between different cars??

There no audio connector standard with regard to CD changers, you'll have to find out who makes the head unit (probably Panasonic or the like) and get a changer to suit the brand.
