My car cuts out when I floor it in first and sometimes when I hit a pot hole. The engine stops and the clocks go off but only for a flash of a second. It's more than likely a bad contact somewhere. A bad earth or a bad live. I got the wiring loom checked and nothing was found. It could be a bad contact inside of the ECU.
Has anyone got a spare ECU I could try to see if that's what the problem? One to try or one to try and buy if that's what the problem is?

Check earthing points and battery terminals first.

Thats all checked. I checked the ignition switch too before I brought it to the garage.

Yeah I'm also waiting for reply about the items I asked for. Anyone heard from Dilogoat? I guess he is just busy, but i'm hoping to pick up parts soon.
