...anyone got it in? If so, is it worth the extra few quid?

I'm looking to switch from NTL to SKY (not to go off topic but my NTL service is a disgrace, forever breaking etc) and the HD would be another reason to do so. Very interested to hear any first hand experience!

Wise move going to Sky from NTL. Way better service - even navigation through the channels has a better system. Make sure the dish connection is watertight or the channels get jumpy in the rain. Didn't happen in my last house but the chav git who installed this one seemed in a hurry to go knacker drinking or looting or whatever they do.
Little sh1t might have done better if he turned up when he said he would.
Curious too about the HD - would love to know.
As far as I'm concerned the footie & porn :smt016 is as clear as any bloke would need it! I'd take a bit of convincing otherwise.

My Dad got it in a few weeks ago, he's had nothing but trouble.

He bought a Dell :smt078 HD TV but can't see a diference from normal to HD sky.

He's waiting two weeks for sky to have a look, got no joy on the phone...
