Nintendo DS LITE

Postby baldtyres » Mon Dec 04, 2006 12:31 am

My offspring is looking for one of these handheld games thingys from Santa. She insists on the Nintendo DS LITE over the PSP.
Has anybody got one of these? Are they any good? Why should I buy one instead of the PSP. (Forget the additional mini DVD thing on the PSP, I'm not shelling out for her entire back catalogue of DVD's and she already has a portable DVD player)
Any of you tech people/gamers have any advice?

It's quite possible that there are specific games that are only availble for the DS that she's wanting to play..

Like the Dog minders thing (glorified Tamagochie)..

DS Lite:
http://search.ebay.ie/search/search.dll ... %3D1&fgtp=

PSP:

Only buy from established sellers. I've set the "buy it now & Paypal options for your ease of use."..

You hit the nail on the head, This morning's school run verified it's the dog minder thing she's after. Beats buying a real mutt.
Her mother works in a local toy shop. Time to go for the discount and get somthing back from her at long last.
Cheers!
