A certain Kerry based owner* felt obliged to take a few pics of a farmer picking up fertiliser - in his hitched FTO :smt104

Can anyone identify the perpretator involved in this act of lunacy?

Ah shes a grand yoke - pulls a trailer no problem - Boss!

Its probably just a cunning weight saving plan - keep and auxiliary and peripheral FTO bits and bobs in the trailer (seats, spare tyre, air con, ICE, the missus etc) - and then you can dump the lot via a quick release for a weight saving blast when the need arises.

It was a Lambourghini and a hay trailer if I remember properly....Jesus I sound like a right anorak!
This 'Lambourghini' was later purchased by someone local to me (it still had the towbar) and eventually put up for sale in the local poxy Suzuki dealership. It turned out to be a low class kit car with a Renault engine and a chassis from some other forgotten marque with a plywood dashboard.

The FTO pulling the trailer is probably worth 5 times the price of the lotto ad car. Seems you can't believe everything you see on de telly!

For any of you doubters out there this is a genuine photo. I know the guy and FTO is the daily run about and can be seen regularly pulling a trailer from the local hardware and farm supply store.

Just waiting for the day he is towing a milk bulk tank.

Somebody also once said that the FTO was hardly a pratical car..well there..
