any satelitte system installer peeps here?

Had a pair of installer guys out today but they couldn't figure out how to read the manual for my motorised dish..even thought I told them what to do they didn't seem to grasp it..

Anybody on here who knows a bit, has a "roof ladder" and a bracket for 1.1m dish handy -and who's willing to travel to the Meath Louth border?

Dish need to be attached to chimney I think (trees and other such stuff in the way)..
