Need help with stereo

iv just took my rubbish double din stereo out and there is a box to change the radio to uk my problem is there is a purple wire coming off it the box has got import solutions sticker on it were does this wire go to cause the ariel wasnt plugged into the back??

that's a band expander, converts the signal going into the stereo to make it compatible with the Jap spec stereo. not necessary for your new stereo
