there's no way it was Schumacher all the time. (There were 2 stigs, one with black and one with white overalls)
For this stig, I'd say they had 2 or 3 different drivers.

It's too much of a coincidence that they had a new Ferarri to test, I doubt they'd let just anyone drive it.

I would like to think it was Schumacher. (would make sense why f1 drivers cant beat him in the R.P.C.)
But suppose you could be right Colm as Michael is a ferrari test driver after all

but sure at the end on the creditsw it said stig and then for speical guest it said Micheal Schumacher and if you remember a few sseasons ago when they had the f1 drivers on they always took a diferent line than the stig even clarkson said it

If Mr Schumacher was the Stig all along, surely it would've gotten out by now, either from him coaching the celebs around the track, or from the amount of travelling he'd have to do to get there from Switzerland or Italy or wherever he's living now.

No way is it him, doesn't look like the stig dressed up, has the wrong walk, posture etc. A publicity stunt, plain and simple.

His work schedule and events just don't coincide with the episodes.

I know someone who knows the stig (and actually went for the interview) he wouldn't tell me who it was at the time, but when the Ben Collins story came out he admitted it was him.

I dont think even Top Gear could afford to hire Schumacher as the Stig!! I thought it was a few people, Ben Collins being one, in some of them the body shape is totally different to the rest.

I think there has been more than one Stig. When Ben Collins was outed a few months back I remeber reading that there was a couple of guys have been the Stig for a couple of seasons each. Cant remember their names now. I dont think Schumacher is the Stig. As the lads said the body shape is completely different, Schumacher appears to be taller and skinnier and the Stig a little shorter and stockier.
I'd be surprised if he was judging by what he was paid per race for driving while at Ferrari, I dont think Top Gear could afford him.

I was wondering if it is a stunt they are going to pull a few times this year, since they're working to a budget it's a cheap way to keep people entertained. Besides, if it really was him the "I am the Stig" tshirt sales would collapse!
