It's repeated on a Tuesday or Wednesday evening at 7.00pm and ad naseum on cable!

If you have broadband it usually possible to download the episodes the following day..sometimes even the same evening..

You'll need a "torrent" application..

Personally I use utorrent.

(google it for free download!)

once installed you'll see a search box in the upper righthand corner of the application.. simply stick in "top gear".. and hit enter..
this will then search on one of 8 preset sites..

If you dont get any positive hits on the default site..change to one of the others..

Personally I'm a fan of the mybittorrent site..
