A Decent Amplifier for my HU. Any suggestions?

Postby IrishPhoenix » Fri Dec 16, 2005 7:48 am

I'm looking to get a decent amp. Maybe a kicker or Alpine? Any suggestions on good makes or where one can be bought at a reasonable price?
You know, somebody actually complimented me on my driving today. They left a little note on the windscreen, it said 'Parking Fine'.

if was a choice between the two id go for an alpine amp, clarity of sound should be better on the alpine, but if money is not an object go for either Tarantula or Genises amps, the genises top range amps have amazing sound quality................ personally Kicker would be very low on my list,

I've a kicker amp powering a set of componants and 6 x 9's, its pretty decent for a 500W amp. You're welcome to take a listen at some stage.....

cheers cj , ill take you up on the offer one day soon, dont get me wrong they may be a powerful amp, but i find the sound of any kicker amp ive heard too harsh and lacking clarity at med to hi-volume, i guess it depends what music you listen to most,
