New FTO owner!!

Postby declanc » Mon Feb 28, 2005 10:32 am

Just thought I'd let ya all know that I am the proud new owner of Speedyboy's FTO

I am over the moon with it, it really is a class car, well looked after so big thanks to Speedyboy. The girlfriend couldn't believe it when I pulled into her drive in, shocked to say the least!

Congrats Declan, was wondering who got it. That colour is pretty unique on an FTO (although there was a mention of another similar one spotted a few months back) but I'd guess there's only 2 FTOs if even that many that colour.

Happy motoring!

With all the tourists around that part of the country, you should have charged them to view, and extra to have their photos taken with the FTO  , maybe sold some aran sweaters with the FTO logo on. Missed opportunity you could have had that TVR............

Yeah it's based in Crumlin now, not too happy with it being parked outside the house tho, saw a few lads in "suped up civics" stopping beside it and then shooting off, didn't like that much :!:

Sold the civic last week, it was a great car aswell, nice spray job done.

Dave,

Did you use to work for O'Reilly Cullen on St. Mary's Road? I'm sure it was your car parked there most days.

she's not looking too hot lately, a little bit rough around the edges, i got the kit from www.pow-r.co.uk
i'll more than likely be changing the front bumper and hopefully getting a full respray to sort out all the little minor stuff, the interior is a little shabby as well but i suppose this weather doesn't really help!

well that's what i keep telling myself!!

Man, if was looking to 'borrow' someones FTO I know where to look!

Might be a good idea to be slightly less specific about where your FTO is parked all day guys... :? (maybe edit the posts?)
