gearbox problem

please help, my car is a facelift gx triptronic and when you put it in reverse it clunks and when you put it in drive it drives but does not move up through the gears any advise would be gratefully received. thank you. james.

When you drive it in tip mode will it go up through the gears?

it does nothing in tiptronic mode

3rd gear is the default gear for the automatic transmission so is it just driving in 3rd the whole time? Did you check all the fuses, the ones in the drivers foot well?

Having some issues too with my tip box, where's this fuse you speak off cant do any harm to check it, thanks. Which fuse would it be?

I checked all my fuses as there were some more to replace but I think the gearbox fuse is across the top row, it was a 10 amp fuse. hope this helps you out.
