Will wheels fit?????

Lads, got an offer on some rims and was looking for some advice on the size. The rims on offer are 17 x 7.5 with a PCD of 5 x 100, offset of 39 and centrebore of 54.1. Embarrassing to say all of the above means absolutley jack s**t to me , so need some help if you can, will they fit on my GPX

PCD is the distance between two stud holes diagonally and the FTO require a PCD of 114.3, there fore dont think they will do.
