It should do as the VAT will be paid in the first EU country in lands in and their VAT rate is lower than ours.
(Theres is 17.5% whereas ours in 21% )
Does the figure of €5800 include your travel/accomodation expenses for the trip to the UK?
No, but flight to Newcastle was €16 on Ryanair(inc taxes) and the ferry back was €85. went over and back in the one day so no accomodation needed.
