Problems with sunroof

The sunroof never really worked since i got the car, it would get stuck when i try and put it down. It seems to have come loose now though as if there is nothing holding it down. It flaps when i go over bumps or when i hit 120kph or so. My cousin had a look at it and he said i seem to be missing a bracket. Anyone know where these can be got and quickly.

The other alternative is to seal up the sunroof altogether which i wouldnt really mind as i never use it anyway.

Is the lift rail at fault perhaps?

Id say thats what it is alright Cj. Expensive for the little part. Im kind of paranoid about water getting in when it rains. Im not sure what to do.
