This has to be someone chancing their arm! A very convenient 'settling in' period of 1000km. Anyone with a more informed view?

This is not a new concept however i still think its a load of boll*ix. If it worked then major manufacturers would incorporate one in their cars straight from the factory.
If it sounds too good to be true then it probably is

If you stuck on one of these too more poo. You could run your car on practically no petrol and have loads of extra power. :)

Heh.. In my previous place of work we had these fuel saver yokes - which essentially consists of two magnets - and they sit around your fuel line.. they're meant to reallign the molecules in your petrol for a cleaner burn.

My co-worker at the time was only too happy to try these..so I stuck one on her Hyundai Coupe 1.6 (97)..

She claimed to see a pretty dramatic improvement in fuel economy - something like 20% - 25% less consumption on her daily runs..

As a result I strapped another two devices to her fuel line...

Personally I have my doubts that they actually did anything - if there was an improved fuel economy it was probably just because she was driving more sensibly..

I actually brought a couple of these things home with me - and have them rattling about the car down by the spare tire - maybe I should try and fit one - dont think it could do any harm..but I remain sceptic..

Oh and what the hull is the story with the wind-twirler?? That is just a bunch of toss! How would spinning air improve any performance?

Hmmm....no extra air coming in since there is no forced induction and it's supposed to add power?

HAHA.
