Reduce Photo Sizing to Fit Albumn

What is the best way to reduce down photo's so I can post them in my Albumn on this site

Suggest you get a copy of Irfanview, its easy to use and its free. You can resize the pic in the Image > Resize \ Resample menu.

I've always just used MS paint.
Adjust the image to 25% in the stretch / skew option of the image dropdown...
