Hi all im new to this site, just wondering if anyone can help me. Im in the middle of buying a gpx from england and should be going over to collect it this sat. Can u guys tell me what i should be looking out 4 its a (1995 MITSUBISHI FTO 2.0 V6 GPX MIVEC semi auto)

good choice , is she low on miles?
no1. manual GR 96 l no2. tip GR 95 l no3. manual Gpx 95 l no.4 manual Gpx 95 l no.5 manual Gpx 96 l no.6 tip GR 95 - in 2011 took a break from the FTO scene

If you do a general search you'll find the most common probs.
Droplinks, bushes,lazy electrics,Tip box probs, rusty engine mounts, noisy tappets and the usual general wearing items.

Get it on a ramp before you purchase and get a reliable mechanic to go over the car - any small issues he finds (bushes, droplinks, tyres, brakes etc) should help you to reduce the asking price on the car - money well spent.

Cheers. yea 53000 miles. just to update bought the car got mechanic out and only prob is steering reack gaters
