Seb i assume your talking the pre-facelift lights into the front bumper anyway the switch you want is inplace anyway to the right of the steering wheel on the plastic, speedo surround. i know you said you have no button but it is a standard fitment ??? unless your talking that you have added a fog light to the rear bumper in which case yep no switch for that you can either fit a new one (usual place for this seams to be by the mirror controls) or wire it in to the fronts switch so both come on together.

i'm talking about the front fog lights

my original ones didnt have H3 bulbs for fog in them .

i know the swich should be just beside the Dials but the only working swich i have is on the left side and that's for the Aerial . the swich on the other side it's a fixed button .

now i'm wondering what's the story with the wiring ( the plugs went bang on , on the new lights) , maybe i have to put a relay somewhere , but i'm wondering if i take out the dials sorround and fit the swich that i have , wich / how are the wires there .

i thought mayby somebody else did this ''conversion''

thanks

going by the wiring on my car, I don't think the fog lights have a relay.
take out some of your dash and root around for a bit of wiring loom with a plug on it.
You can have a loan of my switch to see if it works.
