Guys,
just fitted my HID's, gonna test them later. The ballasts buzz like mad, is that normal?!?

they'll buzz more if the bulb isn't connected. make sure you have the polarity right for the bulbs too, FTO's are wired backwards.

Can anyone remember who this seller was on eBay. I'm looking to replace a ballast and may just get a full spare kit if the difference isn't too much.

There seems to be a bazillion HID bulbs cluttering up eBay now so I may just go back to this same guy who worked well before.

These arrived and I fitted my replacement parts - turned out to be a bulb issue only.

The kit even came with a set of 501 Wedge bulbs to match the HIDs !!!

Pasting the sellers eBay store here for future reference as this is an amazing price for a HID kit - €40 for full HID kit (any bulb type provided as required) delivered and includes wedge 501 LED sidebulbs http://stores.shop.ebay.com.au/superseller9898__W0QQ_armrsZ1

The only other notable thing about this kit (in comparison to others I have bought), is that it doesn't come in a printed cardboard display box and also has cheapish brackets to hold the ballasts - but neither of these represent an issue for me.
