That BMW one used to be the ad for my FTO. He's been selling that since before the FTO and obviously still hasn't shifted it...
The reason that happens on Carzone is because the ad has an unlimited run (until the car's sold) and you're allowed to edit details. Thus if you don't tell them the car's sold the ad is never deleted. You CAN'T edit the make and model though for obvious reasons.
