Lowering suspension

Postby JD » Tue Dec 09, 2003 10:05 pm

I'm getting tired of the gaps in the wheelarches (I only have 16" wheels). Can anyone tell me how much it costs to get the suspension lowered, how it's done and who does it?, please.
Cheers

Jd, get the Apex springs from Camskill.
The cost of swapping out the springs depends on your machanic, it shouldn't cost more that 80 quid though. A spring compressor is used to remove the springs from the struts and to install the new ones.

Cheers Ciaran, that's great :D

I'll order those, and I'm in with Paul Nolan tomorrow to get a few bits and bobs done for the NCT next Monday, so I'll arrange for him to swap them out after the Christmas rush.

Thanks for your help
