Ebay Problem

Postby steelroe » Tue Aug 21, 2007 10:17 pm

In the last number of days when I do a search on ebay.co.uk I can only seem to get results from ebay shops, address bar changes from www.ebay.co.uk to http://shop.ebay.co.uk/gelcoat_W0QQ_nkwZgelcoat for example. Works fine on ebay .com.

Anyone any ideas, Maud maybe

I tried searching there and it worked fine for me... I didn't sign in either.

Rory - try clearing your cache and cookies..

Internet explorer:

Tools -> Internet options -> Delete Files -> Yes -> Wait..Delete Cookies -> Yes -> Wait -> Ok..

Close all open instances of your browser and reopen it...

Should fix it..

Matter of taste really..

I use Maxthon an IE6 add on..

Firefox is also quite good.

I agree with Gfalls, Get rid of IE get Firefox and then get the IEbar extension for Firefox.

Firefox is a bit too heavy for my liking, I'm with Optical on the Opera front. I used Mozilla for years and got a sharp shock when I installed FF, it got removed likity split and was replaced with Opera, so far so good.
