Twas me alright, just coming from the garage. I was looking into the problems with the reverse gear. The sync is gone so i'll either have to get it fixed or a new gearbox
Im going to leave it for a while as i can usually get into reverse after a few tries if not first time.

When was the last time it had a gearbox oil change? Not saying it'll fix the issue but it might help.

Last week, changed the gearbox oil, engine oil, brake pads.
I was hoping that it was sort/help it but no good.
The mechanic checked the cable mounting on top of the gearbox and thats not the problem he says.
Not sure what to do really, its an expensive fix. €250 change the gearbox plus whatever the gearbox would cost. Or to fix my own gearbox which would be much the same i think. Its only the reverse gear on the plus side.
