Sat Nav/TV

Guys,

I got a Pioneer system that came with the car from Japan - includes TV and Sat Nav - TV reception is pretty crap despite the two aerials on my rear window - and my Sat Nav needs the relevant software.

Has anyone else here had to get this sorted for this side of the pond or do you know of any company that can do the bits and bobs to get it sorted?
