Exchange Mail

Hi,

Having a problem with exchange server 2k with mail pushing.
Some users are noticing that mails do not automatically appear in there inbox unless they highlight another mail ... then the mails flood in.
I've seen this problem before, resolved it for other users but forgot what the resolution was... Any ideas?
