Postby d_andrews78 » Fri May 18, 2007 12:45 pm

Hi,

Should be getting a set of braces, front and back some time this week, was wondering if I need to get a torque rench to put the nuts back into place or tighten as hard as I can will do it?

Cheers

If you're doing much with cars at all I'd recommend having a torque wrench. There's some nuts & bolts you can get away with tightening as much as you can but a lot you can't.

For the strut braces I'd say you're ok to give a good squeeze though.
