Don't know why you need this Dave - a turbo + De-Cat + Straight through exhaust + slight overfueling should see your car do this anyway - even a Mivec with a De-Cat and straight through exhaust can manage flames close to redline - wouldn't bother with a flamer kit personally - would look a tad naff on a standard FTO exhaust as well.

How easy would it be to remove from exhaust system ? - not sure I'd buy a car with a flamer kit fitted.

Yeah - it would probably stop tailgaters as well and you could leave your grannys/mother-in-laws shrubbery in flames as you pull out of her drive. That would teach her to stop moaning about how you drive.

i'd agree, i will be expecting flames either way, i reckon it'd be handy enough to fit but as for removing and stuff i doubt it would be just in and out. NCT may not be too happy either!
the de-cat pipe is winging it's way over from the UK now, along with iridium spark plugs and magnecor leads!

Oh woudln't that be fun - AND it's only igniting unburnt fuel so no impact on fuel consumption !!! I would love one of these but rest assured the Siocalooneys would have you hauled over as fast as you could say 'thank you MTV for pimping my ride!! "
