you need to upload them to a hosting site first.

I use www.imageshack.us (or you could use your own personal gallery on this site)

you then get a web address to the picture,

then insert the picture into one of your posts by putting [img]before%20the%20web%20address%20and[/img] after the address.

I know elaine said it came of a 97 but i have seen plenty of 97's and even a few 98's with a pre facelift bumber it depends when they were registered.
