I need these two items - replacement for rusted slam panel and with the door seals I can live with one, but would prefer the two...

Slam panel tidies up easily by taking off (few screws), quick tidy with sandpaper and then hammerite.

yeah what KACE said, thats surface rust, sand down and put anti rust treatment over it, good as new. The rubber I dont know how to fix.

Not 100% sure but I might have a stainless steel slam panel floating around somewhere. I sold a few here before if you check out that post I think there was pictures up. I'll have a look for it if your interested
