gauge questions

what size are the gauges in the centre console (clock and volts)

I dont need the volt metre as my neo dose that and i dont need the clock as i have it on my phone.

so looking to replace them.

going for.
oil pressure gauge
and donno what to do with the other

you can get oil temp and vacuum gauges to replace the original ones, I had them on mine, so did Kevinod and Bernard still has his (I think)

Here's how mine looked before I relocated them to under the radio.

Oil pressure and temp are always good to have especially considering how bad the mivec engine suffers due to low oil levels, possible big end bearing going and a knackered engine!

I've bought my gauges and a pod - haven't fitted them yet though..

Does any one know if it's possible to get gauge to show MPG. I've seen these in BMWs and wouldn't mind fitting one!

An MPG gauge would be pretty depressing!

Agreed, depression would set in quite quickly! Functional none the less!

I had one in the last zed, I don't in this one, and granted the first tank of juice went rahter quickly ;) I think just using the odo to see how many miles/kilometres you do per tank is the most effective, at least that way you see exactly how many miles you get per fill, I average about 350 miles per tank, cost of about 77 per tank, so that works out at approx 24.5mpg.... each tank is different depending on traffic or where I'm going...

Darn - no - it uses MUT-II - updated my previous post to include..

that old fashioned gauge is pretty much the exact same as the Mitsu vacuum gauge isn't it?
