petrol cost

While i was doing my traveling around the country the other day's i kept a look out for the price of petrol i'm paying 99.9 in carlow the cheapest i found was 98,3 in portloaise and the most expensive was 1.04.9 in cork. thou i did find a shell place outside mitchelstown at 1.02.5 but was charging a ridiculas price of 1.12.9 for vpower.

FFS that robbery, its not Optimax! (we can only hope...) On that note, has the price of SUL risen accordingly? Stations selling the stuff out my way are rare so I havn't seen prices recently...

Yea thats what i thought, cus if i'm not mistaken it is still only 95 ron petrol with "cleaners" added isn't it :?:

Pretty much yeah => more info (notice the page heading must get ionto them about that...)
I'm running it at the moment with no decernable difference, but its supposed to be good isn't it (or at least thats what they want you to believe ;))

I'd say it's all marketing ploy - like the octane boosters.

Btw, there is a place in Edenderry (Co. Offaly) selling a litre of unleaded at 95 cents
