Speed limits in Kilometers

Anyone know when the government are going ahead with the speed limit sign changeover it was supposed to be by the end of the year? I got in touch with KMC products to get a km white dial as the original kit hadnt got one. He sent me one free of charge straight away which was very decent of him. I told him that there may be a few more Irish owners looking for one in the next few months.
