Engine cuts out when cold. what could it be?

If a small rev is kept on it its perfect and with a little drive its fine its jus when you start it from cold.is it some sort of sensor or what?

Stepper motor is the most likely suspect. Take it off and clean it. Loads of how to's in the forums.
Be nice to nerds. Chances are you'll end up working for one.

Yup - sounds like the stepper alright..

Do a search for "stepper motor" - you'll find loads of cases of this.. not difficult to fix...(*)

Unless of course it turns out to not be the stepper.. but I honestly think it is.
