I wouldn't be 100% sure on Pajero pads fitting the GR, there were a few different models of Pajero, different pads were used throughout the range and years. Galant and Spacewagon pads will fit though. Check out this link which specifies which models the GS and GR shares pads with:

They are quite easy to change. There is onlt one bolt to take off once you jack up the car and take the wheel off.
