Convert headlight to be road legal for the Netherlands?

Hello you guys,

Im finally importing a Fto gpx to the Netherlands

But i need to convert the headlights to be road legal over here,
does anyone know how to do this?
there is a company over here in the netherlands they charge you 170 Euro's for
it, but i want to do it myself.

Who can help me out with this one?

Thanks, havendt found that one yett.

Thinking that 169,- sounds kinda cheap to just let the guys at jdm do it for
me, because it looks like allot of work.
